Feedback gevenI tried to place my order on the app and it sucks! I wanted to redeem my B'day sandwich, but wanted to order something in addition and it would not leave me, even the redemption of the sandwiches was very confusing, it said I had to make a $1 purchase and there is no article at schlotzsky’s for this shipment in which I wanted to spend more! I don't like the app.
Really don't know when they find these people to work there but they definitely need to review their hiring process. Had to repeat my order at least ten times before they got it. This company has really gone down hill.
Ive tried to purchase cinabon’s thru the drive thru several times and they lock it down at 8:40 and take no orders. Staff was very unfriendly and that was over a weekend and during the week as well. I won’t be eating my time at that location anymore nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or family.
I swung by to pick my order I placed online. I came through the drive thru and no one was there to answer me. I waited 5 mins, and then decided to go in.. no one was at the restaurant out front ? I called hello and no response. i just took my order and left. To be honest, anyone could have walked in and taken my order.
I have not had schlotzsky in almost 15 years, been abroad, and it tastes horrible now! I've never had a sandwich that tasted greasy until now...that takes real skill ;
