Consistent quality subs and good service at this location. I visit about once a week, preferring this location over another one that’s a little closer to my house. Only once was I concerned about the cleanliness behind the counter, so I’m deducting a star.
DO NOT GET DELIVERY!Placed a 1 mile away order for our family, it’s been over an hour and we still do not have our food. We called the store multiple times and they just said that our food was made (45 minutes ago….so there goes the freshness) and they’re just waiting for the delivery driver to come get it. If they told us it would be this long, we wouldn’t have even ordered.Update: an hour and a half total, had to just call and cancel the order. Fortunately they were able to cancel and refund over the phone
I ordered a vito and when I got home (30 mins away) there was no meat or cheese just Lettuce. I called to speak to someone and was told they would call me back.... nobody did. Filled out customer survey and still nothing. I understand being short staffed but at least they could of made it right.
Desperately in need of a quick Sunday night meal after working out. This probably wasn 't the best choice. Upon entering I was not acknowledged by a Hello or anything. Someone at the register finally asked, Are you ready to order? Well, I thought that 's what I heard. I 'm standing at the order sign. Well, she walked away and put on gloves, and started fixing food. Somehow I heard her talking to one of her peers and then they asked again. I told her, I said yes to being ready to order. Then one of her peers said, asked had you already ordered. The female apologized. My thing is, if you 're acknowledging customers properly you would know who has and has not ordered. Are you working under the influence?! This was weird. Anyway, put in my order for the #16 meal. It 's turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. A different female at the register asked during the transaction if I was in the rewards. I did not know, so she says, You can register online. A better way to add value is to go ahead and sign me up yourself. Smh It was fixed quickly like lighting. Was the food good? It was ok. The bread didn 't seem as fresh as I recall. I asked to add basil, oregano, oil, and vinegar but I could not taste it. Will I visit again? Probably not. This was subpar customer service and food that I really wouldn 't care to have again.
