Kazoku Hibachi Express - Caryville

That was an excellent experience! It was a busy Friday night and I placed an order for pick-up, being told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, it took longer than expected when I arrived at the restaurant and found out my order wasn't ready. The staff was very busy but I was patient. They explained that my ticket didn't print in the kitchen, promised to expedite my order, and even offered me a drink while I waited in my car. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I decided to check on my order and realized it was incorrect. The staff quickly rectified the mistake and offered me a full refund. Despite the initial mishaps, I was impressed with their service and the quality of the food. I will definitely visit again, rating them a 9 out of 10.

I did not receive any response when I tried placing an order. It seems like they are not taking any orders at the moment. I was really looking forward to trying the food. I decided not to dine in, as it was movie night for me.

The mushroom soup was extraordinary! the steak and garnelen hibachi was ok, but a little bland like the skallops.

Fresh tasting food. More sushi options than other locations. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I never ate sushi before this restaurant. Pictured are the spring rolls which are huge!!! The tiger roll which has spicy lobster and cucumber and is seriously really good! Then of course my favorite the honey roll which has cooked crab and avocado. If your in the area definitely stop in.

The food was good, but I won't dine here again. The restaurant's involvement in politics is not appropriate.
