Cilantros Grill Cantina - Casey

Usually good takeout service, but today, 21 March 2024, they failed. Not only were they 15 minutes late with preparation, it was cold when I got home (About 2 or 3 minutes). Very disappointing!

We live a block from the restaurant, when they first opened we were so excited. It was amazing for the first few months.Now after this evening and past experiences we will no longer be giving them business. The staff if the #1 issue. Naturally if they know you, they will give you special treatment. Watched a tabled of 5 come in 5 minutes after us. They had their drinks and orders put in all before our waiter even approached us. Then had to wait 20 minutes for ANYBODY to notice we had moved our done plates to the other side of the table to let our waiter know we were done eating. Only for a completely different waiter to come get our table and ask if we needed boxes 10 minutes later. Which we did, I told him and the check as well because our waiter was gone. Never got the check! Ended up with the manger bringing our check, when he noticed we didn't have one but had boxes to go.Never got asked if we needed refills on our drinks, or if our food was good, or even correct.Then as we're leaving and I'm checking out the lady comes to take our plates before we even leave the table completely. So you were watching that we were leaving but not the 20-25 minutes we sat with nothing in front of us trying to get our waiters attention.P.s. waiter was more interested in other tables to even meet eye contact with me or my guest. Never spoke to him after he took our order And walked away, saw him serving almost every other table tho.Felt bad for not leaving any tip but I felt he didn't deserve one AT ALL.Parking: You HAVE to get there before the dinner rush which I would say is about 5. There will be NO parking unless if you get lucky.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in the door and just about anywhere in the restaurant, as long as they are not super busy because they put the waiting customers right by the front door and it's often hard to even get out the door with the waiting customers blocking it.

Decent dine-in experience. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, and hospitable folks running the place. Plenty of parking. Food is decently priced. Standard Mexican fare, tasted OK. Will visit again if I am in town.

I have been a loyal customer here since the day they opened for business. I love the atmosphere, the employees are always smiling even when they have a packed house and it's pure chaos inside. The food is the closest to authentic Mexican food I enjoy when I visit Mexico. Keep up the great work, I'll definitely be back in soon!

So ordering off of the menu for take out you don't get the same options. My food was cold and i didn't get the side options that was supposed to come with the food. They're not very personable when ordering on the phone and they always tell you 10 min but it is usually 15-20 min if not more.
