Starbucks - Casselman

BEWARE!!!!!!! Nothing wrong with this Starbucks my review has nothing to do with them it’s this location!! PLEASE BECAREFUL OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING!!! I was here Saturday afternoon, I strongly encourage management to either contact me with a contact email or number , please see your security cameras ! I was here Saturday afternoons with my truck and horse trailer parked at the side of the Starbucks , I went in to get food from the Starbucks got my food but went back in due to them forgetting a item no big deal as I was in line a women popped up behind me out of nowhere she was blonde older lady wearing black prescription glasses maybe 5’7 in height white puffy winter coat black pants and black shine fox martians with a black purse she had a ear pod in her left ear . She popped up be hind me and was brushing against me it wasn’t crowded in the place either I thought at first maybe she couldn’t read the menu and was trying to get closer to look anytime I looked at her to kinda give her a bit of a attitude look she’d look the other way so I couldn’t see her face she was humming and trying to look the other way but kept brushing into me I got worried she was maybe trying to pick pocket me so I watched my pockets and my surroundings very close while ordering she came RIGHT BEHIND ME when there was NO ONE else in line I looked at her again and she looked away even the cashier looked at me like something was wrong I made long uncomfortable eye contact with the cashier I covered my credit card as I was paying and went all the way to other end of the counter to pick up my food the lady DIDNT EVEN ORDER SHE FOLLOWED ME to the end of the counter and again brushed against me at this point I’m kinda blocked I at the end of the counter I aggressively stepped a few feet away AGAIN to have personal space she pretended to wait for food I grabbed my food left out the door and began to yell to my bf that was standing outside the truck WATCHING he had taken a snap chat of me standing waiting and had a photo of her watching me THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN as I came out I tried drawing as much attention to me as possible as I walked to the truck I felt someone watching me across the parking lot this would be parked closest to the road with the vehicle, facing the front of the Starbucks, and watching in front of the Starbucks I hopped in the truck and she wa WATCHING ME LIKE STARING AT ME I want to add I did have one air pod in no music playing but maybe she thought I wasn’t paying attention my bf said a man was watching me he said the man was black in a suv I’d have to get him to describe the vehicle and man he said there was a car with tinted windows watching as well . Either HUMAN TRAFFICKING OR THEFT we were driving a very flashy Truck and horse trailer PLEASE MANAGEMENT if you have access to your security cameras of the building and Starbucks PLEASE report it to the police I’d gladly like to give a statement and save a life or stop someone vehicle from being stole !!! Again the Starbucks was great but there was something huge up with this situation

I wish I got the barista’s name she was so sweet and attentive. Best service ?

Cold A Americano for a couple of us that we discovered how cold it was when we had driven too far to turn back. So here is our complaint here. Never had a cold Americano from Starbucks ever. Somewhat of a day ruiner.

This Starbucks is one of the best coffee shops, not only in Ontario but in all of Canada.Very friendly staff and excellent serviceIf you’re driving on Highway 417, this is the perfect place to grab coffee and recharge

Everytime I go at that specific location the service is always consistent,girls are always so kind and polite they always have a smile. This is so far the best location I have ever been too!! From Kitchener to Toronto and Kingston,Cornwall the best starbuck location for customer service is in Casselman.The products excellent, organized and store is clean.Excellent location!!We're lucky!!Thanks to team and all these young teens who works there and give the best service anyone could possibly get.
