Feedback gevenThe ValTidone Hotel recommended this restaurant/pizzeria and phoned ahead to book for us, so we got a warm welcome on arrival. There are pizzas for every taste on the menu but my husband and I were both tempted by the sea bass, advertised as grilled but actually oven baked when it arrived. We were told by the excellent waitress that it would be 20 mins in case we wished to order a starter, but we were happy to wait. I couldn't help but notice that the young lady waitresses were most adroit at plugging items coffe? dessert? sorbet? liqueur? , so hats off to whoever trained them. The sea bass arrived with our side orders of grilled veg peppers. aubergines and courgettes and a plate of chips. Our waitress offered to prepare both fish my husband declined, I accepted and everyone was happy. We drank 5 house draught beers and I had a Sambuca with ice at the end. The hotel had instructed the restaurant to offer us Limoncello but we don't actually like it so declined. The bill was Euros 50 a Euro 5 tip for the waitresses. We live locally, about 10 miles away, and will definitely return
It is just the perfect place for a business dinner! Big portions, staff is super, they even changed our cutleries between dishes, which to me is target of high professionalism... One dough with oil and Rosmarin, mussels for two, big grilled mix of fish, two coffees and a litre of house wine (beautiful sparkling! 67€...more than recommended!!!
For the first time after many years and for the first time since writing on TripAdvisor, I had a dysentery after eating tuna fish and mussels in a restaurant. I stop here my disappointment.....
