This place is very nice at the Pagus, Etruscan village rebuilt with passion and dedication to show visitors the daily life of the active people. Lunch was the crown of a beautiful experience. We ate very well, from a triumph of appetizers typical of the territory to an excellent first of strozzapreti to the porcini and cheek, to a delicious baked pig with potatoes to finish to a magnigico pull me up to the hazelnuts of the Cimini. Great local wine. Friendly owner, enough celery service. To return without doubt.
