Keep in mind when sharing that an extra 5 euro per person is put on the bill to cover the expense of another seat taken (that's a first! The raw antipasto was terrible, the fish was not fresh and very poor quality! The 3 first dishes were resonable, the main mixed grill was nothing special. We also ordered a pizza which was the only thing that was good. So many different nice seafood restaurants in the area, don't stop here...
We stumbled on to this place and loved it. Went back for a second time. We happened to meet one of the owners who not only guided us with excellent selections, but made it a great experience for the whole family (kids are 7-15). We had a mix of pizzas, local dishes, all was fresh an excellent. Service was excellent and good value.
The food was possibly the best in town. But sitting in this restaurant is horrible, because the pop music is loud and distracting from any conversation; it seems to dominate the atmosphere, outdoors and indoors. The ink pasta, colored black, was a good dish. The lamb was not available to the credit of this restaurant, the food is fresh and because they prioritize freshness, sometimes not everything on the menu is available.
I tasted a pizza with mozzarella di bufala and it was not so bad. The pizza is small but soft and higher than other large pizzas I have tasted so far. It tastes good and, from the pizzeria you can easily walk to the seaside.
We arrived late for lunch but Giacomo and staff were ready to prepare a beautiful lunch for us. The long wait time indicated everything was being prepared fresh. Good wine and then beautiful flavorful pasta dishes. I want to go back for the pizza as the fresh bread was delicious and the wood fired oven was waiting.
