Il Caffe Emozioni Gustative

We are desert loving and italian family. We found Emozioni's deserts to be fairly poor, seemingly very cheap or processed and tasteless which, coupled with a small portion size for a pricey 4euro made the entire experience negative. The food was edible though and the place was clean and well serviced. Staff were a bit lack-luster in their approach and gave us a fairly large cardboard box for two tiny deserts (very UN-environmentally friendly). The drinks were ok but you could buy them elsewhere at the same quality for cheaper!

Stopped a few times, always found the coffee great and some of the pastries cakes are outstanding, others very plain and tasteless. Staff are very friendly nut extremely slow. We had wanted more rounds the last time, but were just not served. Perhaps we just had to call out...... A few small touches and more attention would make it much more appealing.

I was there for aperitivo. from outside looks very nice and they try to be fancy, but they are far from the chic places: the wee (white) was hot and I had to ask for basket with ice to refresh it. when it comes to paying the bill was an surprise that they charged 10 euro extra, because in the menu it was writing aperol soda and not splash and during ordering the waitress did not say anything! I am not satisfied and aware while they get their bill!

Cozy place....consumed a good hot chocolate at ginger.
