A new bistronomer in Castillon. At noon, I ate a menu at 14 euro, a herring has perfectly executed potato oil and a scent of pork with tasteful olives, all accompanied by a pichet of Castillon linking authenticity to the taste of the terroir. Very well presented. Very kind welcome, courteous, card payment. Beer Paulaner of a munichoise origin, whose quality does not need to be praised.
