El Korita Castle Rock

Definitiw to find the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in castle rock. the owner is amazingly nice and welcoming. eating is spectacular and my family has found nothing bad on the menu after so many years. if they are out of the room, they understand why this restaurant deserves 5 stars!

Delicious salsa!! They have great specials some unique meals too. We keep coming back.

Love this place..Had the crunchy Taco plate and it was delicious..The shells are baked with just the right amount of oil for great texture and taste.. Ground beef was fresh tasting and the whole plate was great.Service was friendly and fast as well.

I walked in and was quickly seated. The food and service was amazing! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Very pleased with my whole experience. P.s Salsa was DELICIOUS so were the margarita's!!
