Feedback gevenImmersed in the green countryside of the hills of the prenestini that cingono roma, between valmontone and cave, rises this beautiful farmhouse that offers its guests a menu full of delicious special dishes, such as the eggplant cake with salty ricotta stairs or long dumplings served in different ways. we have obtained rice tortini with radicchio, and fried vegetables and fruit with a rich cutter of meats and cheeses, ricotta and porcini ravioli, boar ragù cheeses followed by a pork stench with beer and a ( huge) cut of cooked beef on lava stone: All spectacular. there is a beautiful interior room and an outdoor glass room that opens onto the countryside; in the farmhouse you can breathe a classy but genuine atmosphere from the pasta and bread made by the farm itself. prices more than correct; for example the first does not exceed the 10€ recommended today we chose it for a next ceremony
Good starters, great the first (mark fettuccina to porcini mushrooms) and in seconds try the meat served on the lava stone, to accompany also with a glass of red wine of the house (a honest merlot.) competitive prices considering the location, food and service.
Definitely the best restaurant I've ever had. on our arrival we were offered a glass of sparkling wine, even before the menu was brought. I found a detail of great weight. as a starter we took rice tortini with burrata, and it is the first time I eat a rice with such a perfect cooking. Then we ordered some cheese and pepper tonnarellis and some strozzapreti with zucchini, crispy ham and burrata. paradisiaci. nothing to object, excellent cooking, indescribable flavor not to mention the burrata. both the fillet and the cut (served on boiling lava stone) were a butter. clean cut and hold. for dessert a semi-freddo to pistachio and a 'tagliere' with chocolate, orange and rum zacapa xo. In short, nothing to be corrected, the courtesy of the staff is exemplary and the competence of the kitchen is more evident. absolutely (maybe upon reservation since they are almost always full on weekends) in love.
It's my place of heart now! every time I can go to the farmhouse and never disappoints me. All great, from appetizers to desserts. the service is fantastic. simone, the owner, is a mixture of professionalism and friendliness. eating at the house of the bussoletti is like feeling at home!
