Common Ground Coffeehouse - Cazenovia

I can't believe this place doesn't have a Yelp review! It's a charming coffee shop in a small college town, with a cozy atmosphere and local art. It's a great place to hang out, meet friends, and learn about events. They offer delicious coffee, cannoli, and other homemade pastries. And the best part? It's not a Starbucks. Plus, they have Dave's Diner which offers fantastic diner food.

The Common Ground, located in front of Dave's Diner, may often be mistaken as part of the diner itself, which could explain its lack of reviews. On a recent visit, my aunt and I found ourselves here after our original coffee shop plans fell through. We both ordered soy mochas and found a cozy spot at one of the high top tables near the entrance. The location on the main street in Caz offers plenty of parking options. The mocha was delicious, and I look forward to returning to try out more of their drinks and breakfast options. In summary, Common Ground saved the day for us and we enjoyed our visit.

Situated inside Dave's Diner at the counter, the front sitting area features comfortable couches, chairs, and tables for gathering. The atmosphere is super casual with lots of interesting art on the walls. The coffee is definitely worth trying, and the restaurant is kid-friendly. They also offer delicious baked goods. Overall, a better option than the local Dunkin' Donuts, however, the public restroom is lacking in quality.
