Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cedar Park

Disappointed to say the least.. I always come to this location because it is quick convenient, but last night was not the case. I ordered sat at one of the tables to wait, while I did the employee mopped completely around my feet as if I wasn't sitting there. I got my food continued to wait for my smoothies which she then brought out handed them to a different person, another friend just visiting chatting. I finally stood up waited closer to the counter they laughed about how they accidentally gave them to their friend after I had waited way longer than I should have, because they left the floor to go hang out in the back. Definitely should have a discussion with your staff to fix this, because I do not feel comfortable returning to a location that treats their customers as if they could not care less.

This was the best good I've ever had. 1st time trying this place and I was astonished. Definitely recommend thus to anyone I know!

My order is always right, food is always fresh smoothies are always delicious! I love how they have an option of FRESH FRUIT as a side!!
