Feedback gevenUsually this place is great and everyone is friendly but today that wasn 't case. There was a gentleman in front of us who had 2 orders. One of them was complicated. He was on the phone with a friend I assume who was telling him his order. His friend had many questions for the subway employees asking about the meats, breads, ect. The employees got frustrated real quick from all the questions and started being extremely rude towards the customer such as sighing really loudly and saying, Are you done yet? I understand some orders can be frustrating especially when it comes to something like that but no need to get rude. I 'm really disappointed in this Subway and I 'm upset for the guy that had to deal with it. I hope they learn some better customer service skills.
Normally a good place. However we ordered online, and they failed to tell us they were out of green peppers and tomatoes when we picked up sand which. Also some of the sandwich?s were made incorrectly.
Was super disappointed. They wernt even that busy and the lady making my sandwich was flying like there was 1000 people with total lack of efficiency. My sandwich can out super un even with my veggies just thrown all over the place. My toasted sandwich was still soft and cold because she pulled it.out almost as soon as she put it in the oven and she was super rude. Definitely not happy and never going back to this location
Lisa is absolutely amazing! So nice, fast efficient every time we are there and makes our food perfectly! We appreciate her and will be coming back to this location out of our way because of her! 5 stars because of Lisa!!
Best subway shop in town, greatly superior than all of the other ones, also great staff and service 6 out of 5 tbh
