Friendly staff, great service, educational! Classy ambiance... nice location overlooking Lake Leelanau

Beautiful setting but the staff is beyond odd told we couldn’t drink our flights at the bar and must sit at a table to make room for others no one was there!!!Another party left angry saying “buy our wine and get out”Other Leelanau winery’s were much more accommodating would not go back

Beautiful location. They have indoor and outdoor seating. For outdoor seating they have an open patio as seen in my photo, and then two sizable tents with cute lights and heaters. Their cherry pie dessert wine is amazing. Staff is super friendly knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Wines were good. The gentleman who took our order was knowledgeable and fine. We paid when our wine was poured. As we were leaving one staff member asked “Are you all paid up?” Not “How was everything?” “Can we get you anything else?” Or “Thanks for stopping in.” It was very off-putting.There was also an elderly couple, one with a cane. They were each doing a tasting with 4 wines placed on their boards. They also ordered a snack. Instead of helping the elderly couple to a table the three men behind the bar just watched them struggle. There was no effort to assist them. It wasn’t busy. I got up and helped carry their samples.And their website stated there would be live music. There wasn’t. That was the reason we did our tasting there. Not a good experience.

Love the wine and the views! The pizza was pretty good too!
