Lubo's is the neighborhood go-to for non-chain pizza Italian food. The pizza is New York thin or Sicilian thick. The sauce is tasty, and the pizzas are cooked to perfection. The garlic knots are delicious, and the fried mozzarella sticks are yummy. The vibe is very laid back and informal, so there is no need to dress up. We will be back to try the pastas next time.
Went by this place with my wife that I used to go to all the time for pizza growing up.Definitely a nostalgic vibe with the old school murals, sports memorabilia and arcade. The open faced kitchen with TVs brought me back 15 20 years. The cleanliness and service was spot on. They checked on filling up our water 3 times and that didn’t even include them offering free to go cups for water afterwards. The food came out hot and was tasty. The breadsticks with hot marinara sauce was a childhood favorite and still delivered wonderful taste to this day.My wife really enjoyed her chicken parm hero. She was very happy with the amount of chicken and cheese given.Lastly, it has to be said the prices here are a bargain for the amount of food you receive.Overall, it was a great trip back to a familiar place. The name might have changed over the years, but it’s still the same food, service and atmosphere.
This place is a must! Every time I’m in the area working I have to stop by and have the best pizza in Colorado and the frothiest, coldest beer that can possibly be served. Hands down the best.
It was a pleasant surprise, very close to where we live in Parker. Loved it!
