Equinox Fish - Central Dr, Hornchurch

Have ordered from here for years with no issues and we travel by car to collect. something has changed, as today we ordered 2 cod and chips and 1 chicken burger and chips. the chips were not edible and the chicken burger has drastically changed in regards to quality. maybe the potatoes used were sub standard and not to the usual high quality chips, the chicken burger was nowhere near the same quality. such a shame as you were our go-to takeaway shop.

I have used this place about 6/7 times over the past 3 months when passing by,and I have to say its very good the fish is crispy and the chips are the same. All cooked to order excellent value . Have used Equinox before and if was great, O dear what happened to the Quality, just had cod and chips,Disgusting, fish totally overcooked, chips dry and hard,mushy peas were mostly water,I'm sorry I won't be using you again

As a self employed guy who works away alot all around the country i give credit where its due when it comes to food but the food we had was terrible .... The chips were hard like they had been cooked a few times,the pitta bread was hard and crispy and the dogga meat wasn't the nicest also I asked for a mixed kebab but he would only sell separate kebabs and wanted double the price ....disappointing really all round.These takeaways should always remember that Customer is King !!!!!
