Feedback gevenI have to say that this restaurant offers some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I received a $100 gift card from my workplace as a Christmas present, and when I finally got around to using it this summer, the owner informed me that he would no longer be honoring those cards. My coworker and I were essentially told we were out of luck. It's disappointing to see a business lose customers over such a small issue, especially when treating customers well could lead to significantly greater returns. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this restaurant, particularly gift cards that may not be honored.
Every year, our company gives out gift cards to Montgomery Meats as part of our Christmas bonus, and many of us save them for special occasions like the 4th of July. However, we had a very unpleasant experience when we were informed that the Central Point store no longer sells to the public and would not honor our gift cards or refund the money. One employee even dismissively told us, "You're SOL," and suggested we ask our employer for reimbursement instead. If this is how they treat the public, I wouldn't trust their commercial products. I wouldn’t recommend relying on them for properly processed or sanitary meats, and I certainly wouldn’t buy their products from the store.
I had a wonderful experience getting my half beef processed here. I filled out my cut sheet over the phone and requested to keep the fat trimmings. Everything turned out just as I asked.
Amazing quality and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love this place!!
Quality cuts, knowledgeable people, good prices. Great place, I love going here.
