Mezeh Mediterranean Grill (short Pump)

Oh my goodness! The vegan food here is absolutely delicious! I had the half-and-half falafel and veggie kefta, and it was amazing! I took away one star, though, because they, like many others, still support industries that cause cruelty to animals. If you've seen "Violated" by Carbstrong with Joey on YouTube and have any sense of morality, you wouldn’t feel comfortable giving a full five stars to places like this.

I dine at this restaurant three times a week, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty! The kitchen staff works efficiently behind the scenes. The service is exceptionally warm and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean—I often notice the staff tidying up. Overall, this place has continually surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience!

The music was excessively loud, making it hard to fully appreciate the atmosphere. The staff at the counter had a limited command of English, which complicated communication. I also thought the portion of meat that came with the entree was quite small, and overall, it didn't feel worth the cost.

One employee, in particular, is exceptionally friendly and even remembers our names. It’s truly a joy to walk in and be greeted with a smile and the anticipation of a delicious meal.

Mezeh is consistently outstanding! This location never lets me down! I find myself visiting 4-5 times a week, sometimes even on weekends. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is always fresh—not left out all day. The staff is friendly and patient, even during busy moments when they might be a bit overwhelmed. They also remind customers about email promotions, like the $5 bowl days, ensuring you don't miss out on great deals. The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean restrooms, a tidy dining area, and an organized food prep space. There's also a lovely outdoor seating area. If you ever have an issue, they quickly resolve it to your satisfaction. I highly recommend it!
