Blanchetti - Ceresole reale

Rustic restaurant hotel where we booked for dinner. For a telephone run on the time we arrive in a slight delay but the owner kindly makes us sit in the bar room waiting for a table to be released. Once at the table we are served by a lady in a somewhat cold and detached way that proposes a fixed menu or paper. We decide for the paper and order: a vegetable soup, herbal noodles and roasted pasta. After some time the dishes arrive unfortunately together with a hearty disappointment: the names of the dishes are more “cooled” than they actually show up and if for the tagliatelle and the roasted are really such (however normal both in the presentation and in the taste) the same can not be said of the soup that in reality is a past of vegetables (at the sight and taste probably packaged). Agreed by the concept of home cooking but perhaps in this case it was taken a little too much to the letter counting as well that prices are not so easy especially for dishes like that. For dessert I wanted to try the so-called artisan ice cream: not the best I've ever tasted but definitely good, sin for the rest. I don’t know if choosing the fixed menu or if we were guests of the hotel we would have had a different treatment or more luck.

Expected long, despite the room was anything but full, misunderstandings on the dishes to be served before or after and dozenal food. Count.

Very nice and well maintained hotel. Great dinner and great breakfast. Perfect location to go to the Nivolet hill in motion

We stayed 3 nights in early August 2019. The owners really friendly and very helpful, the clean rooms and the wellness center at the height of the hotel. Strategically located for excursions. We haven't tried the restaurant so we can't judge. We recommend it.

Despite the closing day the managers have equally welcomed us. The menu is on average but good.
