I do not recommend this location. I understand that a Monday night might not be busy, but do your guys job better. Especially the servers. You’re paid to do a job, not look at your phone over by the cash register in the back next to the bar. No wonder why my food is so cold.

This place is always empty with no staff working. Don’t bother trying to eat here. It’s a waste of time.

HORRIBLE service. Ordered takeout and food was supposed to be ready at 8:10 I got there at 8:12 and didn’t get my food until 8:40. On top of already waiting 30 minutes to get the food the wings were stale! After waiting 30 mins I asked the greeter for a refund and he said they’re already ready and brought the food out. Never going to bww again. And already filed a complaint online.

Place has terrible takeout service. You get to the front to pay and no one is at the counter ready to help you out.

Service was TERRIBLE!! Place wasn’t packed, yet waited 20 min to be seated. THEN ordered and waited over an hour for food(they said they were short staffed in kitchen) on a Tuesday night when they have by one get 2nd 1/2 off. Servers were terrible, too. One in training never came to wait table. Brought half the order out, so half party ate and was finished by the time other half came out, and asking for refills… forget it! Find another place to eat, for the two hours wasted, wing stop would have been a better choice, perhaps chuckie cheese arcoss the parking lot! Never again!
