Feedback gevenFirst, the place is wonderful: an 18th-century farm completely renovated into a b&b, restaurant, and organic vegetable farm (and a natural spa is also under construction). They offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dinners und lunches upon request. I’ve been there a few times over the course of the years, and never been disappointed. Last night we had their full vegan dinner, with one of their own organic wines. Homemade brown bread and grissini. As a starter, four small dishes: grilled courgettes with homemade pesto, raw cabbage salad, chickpeas, and an excellent quiche. We then had pasta with tempeh and vegetables ragout, and a nice risotto with herbs. As main dishes, we tried their excellent caponata (a sort of ratatouille, but served cold and with some vinegar) and a creamy potato purée, followed by gentle lemon seitan and a tomato salad. We finished with a perfect homemade fig tart. Absolutely recommended, next time we are also going to overnight there.
