Green Man Cafe Cakes - Chagford

Delicious and nutritious eating beautifully presented. I recommend the green man salad and I am in the rule not a big fan of salat!

We called during the lock-off 2 so that only one pick-up was available. The coffee was good and happy tailored to our requirements. There were many cakes in offer that were all vegan and baked by the owner. There were about 4 varieties of folding jacket alone, plus beautifully decorated cupcakes and other almond bakers. It was difficult to choose only one cake. We had orange and walnut pocket jacket and a mincemeat fanipane disc. Both were good portions and delicious. The price was typical for coffee and cakes in Devon.

This cafe is so cute! I had some vegan hot chocolate and a panini after hiking on a chilly day. It’s exactly what I needed.

Choosing just one cake each was difficult. We had orange and walnut flapjack and a mincemeat frangipane slice. Both were good sized portions and tasty. The price was typical for coffee and cake in Devon.
