Feedback gevenTerrible donuts and bagels. The customer service is even worse. Personel very rude. It goes gets worse every year. They need to take ESL classes.
I took my car into the nearby body shop and came by this Dunkin’ to get some work done on my laptop and have a coffee. After I got a bite and a coffee I asked for the WiFi password and they told me the wifi was down in the guest half of the building. I don’t know if they just didn’t want the hassle of giving out the password but both signals were strong and the staff were using it just fine. Not that big a deal but I wish they’d said something before I ordered and when I asked if I could try and get some work done while I waited rather than after the fact.
I have been coming here for over ten years. In the past six months or so the people at the drive through don't seem to speak much English in the morning on the weekend. They are very nice but it's frustrating. With mobile orders they hand me my drink and tell me to have a great day and I have to ask about the food that was part of my order and they all group together to figure it out and then hand my my food. Donuts are always dry, even at 8 am.
I like this Dunkin! The young people that work during the weekdays (we today, Oct 31, and they were there again) are always so kind, professional, and patient. The young lady who took my order even wanted to double to make sure she had my order correct. The coffee was nice and hot, pumpkin muffin was delicious!
