Maize Mexican Grill - Champaign

It may be small but the food and service is excellent. They have a good variety of burritos, tacos, quesadillas and more. Everything comes with a bag of chips. They are very fast. It's on the edge of campus so it's easy to get to from both campus and downtown Champaign. The parking is limited and can be tricky since it's on the corner of two busy streets.

Don't let the size of the restaurant or the fact that its on the corner of 2 busy streets scare you away! This little place is amazing--best Tacos in Champaign and arguably Illinois. Service is always prompt and fast. Everything comes with chips--a generous bonus. It's also close to campus--so anyone at the University can make it here easily.

Fastest Mex in the East hahaha. Torta was amazing! Partner got tacos and was amazed also. This is my 2nd time there and I will be back for a 3rd!

Very overrated. In all honesty, Chipotle is better. Premium prices for very mediocre food. I'm very upset. I payed $20 for steak flautas that tasted like I could cook at home. The chicken is terrible here. Cooked like my 11 year old brother cooked it.
