I’d suggest to avoid white butter makkhan on everything. Perhaps just the saag if you’re ordering a full thali (Rajma, rice, sarso ka saag, makai roti, salad). But for those who can stomach it, go for it ! The aloo methi pakodas we ordered were crisp and go well with their green chutney. We also ordered chhas. This was the buttermilk left over while making butter. It’s sour and almost gives a current when drinking it! Quite refreshing. They also sell pickles of various types chilli, ginger, garlic, as well, as turmeric. They also sell tea made of Jagger and sugar in kulhads.
