Jack In The Box - Channelview

I ordered two tacos and all I got pretty much was shell that was cold and soggy and I also got a ultimate bacon double cheese burger w/large fries and lg drink. Hamburger was ok fries cold and old as hell.

Ordered the monster tacos and they in no way resembled, much less, looked like the picture. Not impressed. Could've done better going to Taco Bell.

Night Shift guy is very fast and respectful and food is always correct all the time . What else could u ask for .

I understand times can be hard but basic customer skills would be nice. When pulling into the drive thru I get it may be busy but a simple “hello” or “please give me a minute” would of been nice instead of sitting there wondering if the speaker is broken or not. Waited maybe 5-8mins till someone asked what we would like to order. Being acknowledged at first point is inviting. Otherwise customers could just drive off. Soda was flat, food was cold and didn’t receive all my order. Only gave 2 stars for effort.

Anahí one manger in this one jack in the box has amazing customer service and anytime I ask for something she has a kindness that makes my day I recommend anyone going eat there the food is always hot and on point thank you Anahí for help and great customer service you don’t always get this type employee in a lot fast food services es !!!
