Ordered a sofritas bowl with guacamole and a hard shell taco. guacamole was missing, even though I paid an additional $3 for it and got a soft taco instead of hard shell. also the customer service was terrible. the mobile orderings were not placed on the cell phone order rack, so I went to the cash box area where I saw a few to go pockets. I wanted to check the name on the first bag when I was yelled at by a worker who said, ma'am not touching! I didn't touch anything. what a strange way to talk to a customer. how it turned out that the first bag was my order?
The worst service I've ever made on a chip. I asked for a cheese, maize, more sour looked and the dame laid quarters of each. I had to ask myself so often if I had more mais and she went on to lay 1/4 more spoons and then I said I could have a full corn spoon. the people who create the bowls put food as if any program of food they put in someone's bowl will be a cut from their paycheck. I was so close to just going out instead of paying because it was extremely disgusting at the amount of food that was in the bowl, although I so kindly asked to put only the standard buttons for each topping. will certainly inform my friends to stay away from this chipotle!
Current peter made me eat. I had a bad day and he put a smile in my face in 0.5 seconds. super nice and deserves an increase! pedro
The taste was fine but this is like the 4th time I’ve ordered from this location and the rice is always undercooked and crunchy. There was also a piece of meat in my guac and a whole bay leaf or something in my bowl. The cross contamination of the items is just concerning. Thankfully, I don’t have any strict dietary restrictions or allergens that chipotle carries, but for people that do, be cautious of this location.
