Starbucks - CHAPPAQUA

There was a Starbucks worker today when I went with my colleagues, who is being very rude and rolling her eyes. my colleagues told me that she was calling my friend and I very annoying after we left, which is so disrespectful. I will not be returning anytime soon. This is horrible customer service.

I visited this store on 8/8/23 and waited a little bit to leave this comment because I needed time to process what happened to me at this place. I walked in and there 's a kind staff told me to wait patiently because they were busy. I totally understood.I waited for at least 5 minutes and no one came to me. That 's okay- I know they were busy. However, a White man walked to the counter and tried to order as well. Less than a minute, another staff came to him and took his order right away. I was shocked because I came first and waited there for a while. I felt very uncomfortable and said to that staff I believe I was here first. He looked at me and said nothing- continued taking order from this White man. I felt extremely uncomfortable and this was not okay. I decided to leave this store without ordering and will never go back to this place.

The absolute worst place to get coffee. You can stand at the register all day long, nobody is there. Unless you're at the drive through or ordering online, nobody knows you exist. Buy local.

Pumpkin chai was made perfectly.3 pumps of chai. 1 pump of pumpkin. It was perfect! :

Awful serviceThe old man there sucksAnd rude has a nasty attitude towards me as a customer has a mobile order and was not professional I hope they boot him outta there does not deserve to work there. He should stay home and retired!
