Jimmy John's - Charleston

This is my favorite place to eat in West Ashley. The service is always fast, my sandwich is fresh and the restaurant is immaculate.

This location consistently offers quick and friendly service. I dine here frequently since they deliver to my workplace, and as they claim, they are always prompt. I usually order the Italian nightclub, and it's always fresh and delicious!

Ok, so that I was her with my spouse this Sunday and we were thrown halfway our sandwiches and the girl took the bread shelf with bread on it and used the top to keep the cleaning dust and dusted the top of the counter and the bread was not covered so that everything I thought was the dust that she flies over and around under all bread and food. Never again. Besides, it was not all that good very simple sandwiches and no taste get You your deli meat from publix and make your own it will taste much better I promise. Negative 5 stars

My employees placed an order today, but it was completely wrong. Out of five orders, only one was correct. When they finally brought the right sandwich, they tried to ask for the incorrect one back, which was baffling. I truly don’t understand how this place is still in business. I’ve spent over $100 here multiple times for staff lunches, and it’s always a mess. You really need to improve; we won’t be coming back.

A few months ago, a representative from Jimmy John's came to my workplace and offered free mini sandwiches along with a menu to promote their business. I decided to order a giant sub that was listed for $6.49 on the menu. However, when I received my sandwich, I noticed that my credit card had been charged $16.00. When I reached out to the manager about the discrepancy, he informed me of a price increase. It was clear that he was quite young and lacked experience in customer service. Because of this experience, I have decided I will never purchase from Jimmy John's again. The manager did send a driver back to retrieve my sandwich after I informed them I would be returning it after work. Fortunately, I did receive my refund, but the overall management and handling of the situation were very disappointing.
