Arby's - Charlotte

Always friendly and fast service at this Arby's. It's my favorite fast food place to go. I like their chicken sandwiches and the crinkle fries.

11:30 p.m. stopped by and got great service for fresh hot sandwiches and a milkshake.

Ordered,, spent 35$. Was asked to pull up and they would bring order out. Get home, and my order wasn’t even mine and couldn’t have cost more than $20. I’m absolutely livid especially since I love on the 3rd floor and am highly allergic to fish, which is what they gave me. And to boot, no receipt.

I meeeeeaaan... They put my fries in the bag upside down, so why even have the fry holder then? Also the gyro was basically turned into a tzatziki sauce bottle with no cap on it ?

I have tried to give this location several chances, but always seems to disappoint. From undercooked fries to roast beef that has dried out. My most recent visit was no different, this time the bun being moldy. Seriously, I am done with this Arby's location and anyone who read this review, you've been warned. There is good reason the drive-thru is always empty compared to the always busy Wendy's next door... go to Wendy's instead.
