Feedback gevenThe drive thru was wrapped around the building at 7:30 a.m. and no feeling of not being personal or management. When I finally came to the redner to put my order, they had no cake or dark meat. they made clear that they had no intention of falling fresh chicken. they also had a yard sign with an in-app deal that was not honored. the answer was, I think it's not there? wow. when I came home, not only were my pommes old and cold, but my cookies were missing and I received only 2 out of 3 pieces of my huh. the wing was the smallest wing I had ever seen in my life, a wingslide would have been bigger. I hate complaining, but I work hard for my money.
They drive thru, always out of the food, but they did great with what they had, finished w/ big dinner box! thank you! food: 5/5
Today was the first time I ever had a good experience here. the young kerl in passing was very different. I think his name is ever from.
Management seemed incapable, we left without food, because we waited for over 20 minutes and the person who ordered refused to look at me, give much less an update on eating. there was a great order ahead of us and we were told it would be 9 minutes, after 20 I gave up, the great order was not ready yet. .
I don't think the people working here could be anymore incompetent. Management included. Called ahead a day in advance for a mid size order and asked for everything to be ready at 6:15am. They didn't bring my order out until 7am. They told me they couldn't find the cutter for the biscuits. Stay away from this store. The employees are awful. They sat outside smoking the hole time instead of doing their jobs. The store manager was there and was supposed to be handling my order and she was just as incompetent as her employees.
