Pizza Hut - Charlotte

Our night was turned around by Pizza Hut after the worst experience from the competitors. Wow from the delivery to the quality of the pizza. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Thank you for quality service.

My Pizza Hut location is always fast and accurate! I always get what i expect. The staff is always courteous and efficient. The food is ALWAYS great!

The pizza was excellent! They did not have any pepper flakes, so we had to purchase them for $1 im a shake thing. Free is better, but we in need the flakes. The workers were masked up, so I felt respected. Thanks!

I like the deep dish pizza. The parking lot is kind of complicated though. The front door is not next to the parking lot where the GPS guides you. The entrance is facing a courtyard with a fountain. I haven't ordered delivery from this location.

Boy oh Boy, where to begin. I just called (noon) and the answering machine said they were closed. If it's closed for good I'm not surprised. I've been here almost 20 years and haven't had a problem with this Pizza Hut location until after the Pandemic. The management staff has always been good and the delivery people where always exceptional up until a couple of months ago. It took almost 3 hours for a pizza to get delivered. The next time I had to get pizza delivered, I just broke down and got Domino's. It's been sad watching this business go downhill. I guess all good things really do come to an end.
