Pizza Hut - Chartres

Especially never order for a delivery. It's been more than 1:00 that we should be delivered. I call and they tell me that pizza is in the oven. Stop making delivery if you don't manage. And recruit competent staff!!!!

For the second time I ordered in delivery. For the second time I'm delivered with 25 minutes late. I had to call to find out if the delivery man had gone! Pizzas were good but no more.

We ate pizzas from Pizza Hut several times in the past, it was the first time for this store. Frankly we were disappointed, the dough missed cooking and the cheese was not of good quality in my opinion, it was not even well melted. The delivery service and offers are good but it was the first and last time we ordered from this store.

Order placed at 6:54 pm delivered at 9:20 pm ... The first pounder did not find the hotel where we were, instead of calling us he is going back to the shop ... 8:20 pm we call for the second revival and we are told that they redo the pizza and that it will be free. 9:00 p.m. we call back to find out where it was (it was 10 minutes from the pizzeria) and I was told that the deliveryman left at 8:50 p.m. 21h20 it finally arrives, doesn’t apologize and puts the blame on the first deliverer. But the best he wants us to pay! So we had to remind him that they were free... Zero delivery. But the person on the phone was pro and called us at 9:30 to find out if we had been delivered. However, we will not recommend.
