Krystal - Chattanooga

I understand how to dampen the rolls, but how about it if you don't soak them in water and put them the salt, why is everything from their business so salty

Came through drive through on 7/8/22 roughly 10:00 and ordered the 12 Krystal combo with cheese. They asked how many and I clarified 12 krystals, with cheese, and a Coke on BOTH drinks. Got up to the window only to find a Number 1 with cheese ..red flag #1. Told the lady that I ordered the 12 krystal combo, not a number 1...she rang it up....$17 and change....red flag #2. Wait a min, the combo with cheese is right at $18 before tax.. Is that with cheese Nope...changed the order again. Got it right that time. 10:30 before I left and when I get home I had a while dozen krystals....WITH NO PICKLES. Called the phone number for the store, rang twice and sent to voice mail. 30 minute ordeal to have to correct my order twice and still have it wrong...

I realize it’s probably just a couple of kids working here but… if you need to find the cow, chase it down, butcher it, cook it, and THEN serve it, please let me know so I don’t sit here waiting on my order for 30 minutes.Also, why is one kid working while the other sits there and plays on his phone? Is he waiting for the ‘beef’ patties to cook themselves? An update would at least be nice.

This Krystals is the best in all of the Chattanooga area. Our food is always fresh, they never leave anything out of our bag. If you ask for extra they dont act as if it's the end of the world. Friendly fairly fast service considering they are a one window krystals. I have been very impressed everytime I've been here. We travel from signal all the way here instead of using signal Mountain blxd or hixson pike krystals. Worth the wait. Great job staff.
