Feedback gevenCashier had the personality of a wet sock. They have altered their menue from how it is advertised on the online menue. Website says one thing and the half menu in the store is another. When I questioned the proper burger set up they just blamed it on their training and refused to correct by burger that was missing lettuce and tomatoes. Such a minor problem turned out to be our last visit at this location. Just because of the gloomy personalities of the staff. They all seem to be depressed This store is nothing but doom and gloom.
Expected fast food, got great food fast. Filled me up more than I had anticipated. Much cheaper than 5 guys next door. Will be going back regularly.
Rude staff. Got two milkshakes at the drive-thru, but they tasted like vanilla. Came back to ask for the shakes to be remade. Two employees argued with me, raising their voices, that the order was initially correct. Now I've worked customer service before, so I always try to be polite with customer service staff. However, they were unnecessarily defensive. I understand what it's like working customer service, but that was just unacceptable behavior.

Such a waste of time eating here if you’re looking for a dining experience. No wait staff. Order at the counter. Only half of the menu that is on a laminated sheet. Building is in need of major repair and cleaning. So now it’s like going to the Krystal’s with the price of Outback. Food was mediocre at best. Staff at the front door smoking where customers walk in. It’s a shame this use to be a great place to eat.
