Chili's Grill - Chesapeake

I ordered avocado ranch and extra avocado ranch for my items but got only 2 REGULAR ranch. Everything else was fine but the SW egg rolls are SO MUCH better with the Ava of o ranch. Thats why I ordered extra and was super bummed when I didnt get any!

Brittany was the waitress very efficient and effective. My daughters and I appreciate them and their employees who helped her.. We'll be back soon

Service was great, they followed all the guidelines. The ribs and corn were fantastic. My husband gave the coffee five start. We're going back.

Hostess was so rude. In addition to the super round, it was also incompatible with the enforcement of COVID rules. Although there were 2 tables that were at the time we came there, she told us it was 5-10 minutes waiting and said we had to sit in our cars. It was actually a 20-minute waiting time. When we left, the waiting zone was full. We are trying to support the food service staff during this time, but I will not spend money there because of the rude hostess.

Brian the manager is great. He cooked our steaks for us and let me tell you it was the beat steak we've ever had in our lives. He had amazing customer service skills and amazing barbecue skills!
