I'm sorry, but you can't hit the Dunkin app yet. You command, pay, and you go through the ride, give them your name and pick them up. Every time. I personally like to drive so that every area in which I am can try it. Also in Pennsylvania. The only thing that slows down the process is that nobody knows about the app or not. I took it 10 min to 1 min and sat in the line. Safe enough on arrival to the speaker they have my order ready. Great thing isn't a contact, especially if all of them pay.

The drive thru takes FOREVER, even when it's not very busy. The coffee is wildly inconsistent. The same exact drink could taste ok one day and nasty the next. Definitely hit or miss. The staff is often times really rude. The donuts I've ordered early morning are often dried out, not at all fresh. Go somewhere else.

Staff is rude. Ice cream is old. They are alwaya out of products and can never get what we want. This place needs serious attention! Good thing Starbucks is nearby.
