Feedback gevenI wish I could give this place zero stars. It was a horrible experience on 4/17. The vegetables were bad and the food was flavorless. Seven out of the ten people in my group got sick, with five of them experiencing food poisoning in the past three days. My partner is still dealing with it and one person couldn't even make it home because they were so ill. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful in both the men's and women's rooms. I will not be returning to this restaurant and have reported my experience to the health department.
The food was delicious, but the service was subpar. Unfortunately, everyone in my group who tried the special deal is now experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. While I can't definitively say it was caused by the restaurant, my wife and I are currently at home feeling ill with stomach pain, nausea, and other symptoms. I won't be returning to this establishment.
If I could give 0 stars, I would do that! dirty floors and cooking stations. the sauce dishes had stained. the bus boy through the towel he used to wipe the tables in the floor then went on to put it in the cleaning bowl. How bad and disgusting is that? I'm going to contact the health department.
Hostess was rude. service was subper. the restroom was dirty. chefs were spectacular.
Always delicious, we go to Kyoto at least once a year and enjoy the atmosphere and the demonstrations during food preparation. The chefs are excellent and engaging and the service is always great!
