Crushed ice. Super quick. The employees are great. Lettuce wasn't exactly green.. very greasy/oily messy sub.. its was soggy when I opened it. Almost like dipped in water.. pretty gross..
Put one star just to make the post. First of all just look at the photo. Does this look like Chicken? It looks like slop on messed up bread. Bread that should of been thrown away Soggy tomato's. And when u call a manager it does not help when she is talking over you. Love Zeros but will never go back to this location Poor food and poor service. I rather go to college park Zeros. Or Victory Crossing.
I don't normally write reviews when places are bad. But the grinder I had from here the other day. Was hands down the worst Zero's sub I have ever had. The lettuce was old and wilted. The tomatoes were old and soggy. The sandwich was burnt including the lettuce. The customer service and wait time were good though.
We love Zero's. Have since living here back in the 90s. Our go to sandwich has always been the grinder, all the way. Which is what you seen in my picture. The reason for the 2 stars only is because despite asking for Zero's sauce and all the way, not only wasnt there any Zero's sauce but no oil or vinegar. This isn't the first time we've been left disappointed in this location but I think it's the last time we'll go there. I'm impatiently waiting for the Cedar Rd location to open. I'm hoping for better luck there.
