Zero's Subs - Chesapeake

I called and ordered their grilled veggie sub- mentioned on their website. Told they don’t have that. Ok.....asked them what they did have that was vegetarian. I was told they had a sub called the Cosmo. Asked the girl who answered the phone what exactly was in that- she said “vegetables”. I literally had to ask her to clarify which vegetables were on the sub. She sighed and listed the vegetables. I hung up on her. Serious lack of customer service skills. Sorry, not sorry. Going to spend my money somewhere else.

I ordered a foot-long BLT which normally stands for bacon lettuce and tomato not burnt bacon lettuce and tomato this is absolutely ridiculous so they told me to save it and bring it back tomorrow and they would replace it I told him I took a picture they said that’s not good enough tell me if anybody would eat those burnt bacon ????

I love Zeros Subs! It is my favorite place to get a sub. I live in Ohio and whenever I come to see my family we have to get Zeros! With a big family, picky eaters, and vegetarians, Zeros is one of our regular places to get dinner. I definitely recommend Zeros!

Got 2 grinders all the way. added hot peppers to one, sweet peppers to the other.They both were great! Hot peppers for the win definitely. Sub had a ton of juice, sauce, messy to eat and got better with every bite!

This particular location is good. Good subs on par with the original location in Churchland. The employees are nice. Cant recall a bad experience Ive had here and Ive been eating at this location since it opened. Recommended.
