Quality of food has dropped dramatically recently. Last time in store I noticed the public area had been revamped and I didn’t recognise any of the staff. The previous policy of packing the pitta bread separate to the rest of the kebab seems to have been stopped. Let’s face it, a kebab ship is unlikely to get a Michelin star, but producing good fresh tasty food should be top of their list. Sadly it isn’t here any longer.

Absolutely disgusting food. Like a vomit in a box. Called to complain ask for our money back... we will call poice because you are abusing us because you are complaining!! Do not order their food. We waited almost 1hour, tipped the driver, then when we called back, just put phone down on you.

Well, just a quick short review. Steer clear of the burgers. Honestly, they are like rubber. They clog up in my throat after just a few bites. Thought it might have been a one off, but no each time they have been the same. Give these a miss.

Having used this takeaway/delivery for the past 12 months and giving them several chances to get our meals right its now to give them the true feedback they deserve! We have tried through the proper channels to complain and asked the Manager to contact us but alas he has failed so no other choice than to not recommend this terrible food and attitude of a place. Not only were the previous 2 orders incorrect and the food inedible which Just Eat assured the Manager would put right....the last meal on Friday was again a total mess! I asked for 4 pieces of southern fried chicken (use this description lightly ! to be put seperate to a portion of salad and sauces so as the chicken stayed clean and crispy. Alas again fell on ignorant ears and each piece of chicken came smothered in sauces and salad. Ruint . Then please tell me what this £1.50 coleslaw is in the photos?? Its a bit of lettuce with some mayo at one end! Useless. No longer will be waisting our money on your shoddy business. Maybe you should listen to your regulars and ensure you look after them before you end up with none. If I could score you a minus I would!!! Avoid this place at all costs readers. I have lots more to say on the place but can't be bothered to waste anymore of my time. On to better places in town

Ordered food from this fail of a business and was disgusted with what I received. The cheeseburger was hard and rubbery, chips cold, and the chicken burger was thrown up. I politely rang the company and I got called a silly cow and to shut up and had the phone put down on me! I was disgusted with both the quality of food and the terrible customer service. When I rang again he told me in his own words to “leave me alone”! I then went on to ask a question of my own, has he had a visit from EHO. He then said he didn’t know who they were, this was the manager of the business! I’m disgusted and will never be eating here again.
