Today at around 8.15am. 2 workers, only had an issue with one. Woman at costa is so rude, I asked if they had a specific drink and she condescendingly said “no we don’t have it darling” like she was frustrated to have been asked that. Like sorry for checking? Really bad attitude. Of course, I’m not going to be polite to someone so incredibly rude, I made sure not to say please and thank you and she caught on at the end when I asked if there was tissues anywhere and she said “please? ” (I wasn’t even asking her for one, I asked are there any tissues anywhere so I could get it myself, last thing I wanted to do was ask this rude woman for a favor) swallowed the urge to say doesn’t feel nice when someone’s rude to you does it? as there were other customers around and didn’t want to make a fuss. Best to let these people fester in their own attitude than provoke them. don’t expect people to be nice to you when you’re rude to them darling x Also got given a really faulty cup but I understand that’s not the workers fault at all so won’t comment on that further.

Ordered a coffee from the costa and saw that they offered free babyccinos for the kids so I ordered two of them. Was asked if I wanted milk or chocolate so I chose chocolate. Realised afterwards I had been charged for the babyccinos and when I questioned it I was told oh yeah the chocolate ones aren't free! There is no indication of this on the price board and I feel this is false advertising...OK so its only £2 but that's not the point. If something is advertised as free it should be free

This restaurant review is absolutely terrible! The service station is the worst in the entire UK. The bathroom facilities were absolutely appalling. If you need to make a stop, I highly recommend not stopping here and instead driving on.

This restaurant is deteriorating. I complained about the dirty tables near Burger King, but the cleaner was just standing by the toilets doing nothing. There were rats running around on the artificial grass outside the dining area. It seems like no one cares about maintaining the cleanliness of the place. It really needs to be shut down. It's dirty, untidy, and poorly maintained, with no one seemingly in charge. I was told that the shift manager was actually the person serving in Greggs.

All of the men's restrooms were closed. There was a long line of men waiting to use the shared women's restroom. Oh my god, Moto, you had one job! This is unacceptable.
