Great food and friendly staff. Would definitely go back for more! Clearly popular with locals and visitors, it was clean and efficient coping with a large party at the back very well.

I had a fantastic meal last night at this restaurant. I enjoyed crispy duck with pancakes, chicken lettuce wraps, and salt and pepper king prawns. There was so much delicious food! I can't wait to come back for another visit.

Outstanding Chinese restaurant, established around 40 years, that offers a wide range of excellent food in generous portions at affordable prices. A large seating area makes this ideal for parties and get-togethers but also offers privacy for those who need it. Allow £25 per head for a starter and main course, excluding drinks.

We came recently as a spur of the moment decision having heard good things. The place was quiet but it was a weekday night so it’s understandable. The young waiter was polite and the lady who I believe was the manager was lovely, very obliging and welcoming. We started with chicken and sweetcorn soup which was okay but massively under-seasoned. The dim sum were very nice, really soft and flavoursome. However, the mains were a bit of a let down. In the sweet and sour chicken, the ingredients seemed very fresh but the sauce lacked impact and sweetness, it didn’t quite hit the spot in a way a great sweet and sour does. The crispy beef was too crispy and was more like husks, there was no lovely chewy beef once you got through the crispness. The sauce was nice though and the rice fine. It wasn’t inexpensive but was reasonably priced and if we were to go back we’d give the early bird menu or the banquets a try, but I’m not entirely sure we’ll be back. It was okay but not far away, the Arch in Newcastle and Chopstix in Nantwich both do far nicer food.

We called last night for a takeaway Ordered 2 starters ribs rolls 3 mains s curry sauce Came to over £50 — never aid that for a takeaway before I don’t mind but The Ribs were terrible — small — all bone fat very small amount of meat Explanation — ladies complained that the ribs before were too big This is their way of cutting the portion size Fillet of lamb — nearly all was onion 6-8 thin slices and was over £11 Last time I call now — used to be excellent Sorry you are making wrong calls — standards need to improve
