Sweet Frog - Chester

Arrived at shop and created our sundies. Waited at register for several minutes until the employee decided to come out and wait on us... NO ONE WAS IN THE SHOP TO GREET US WHEN WE ARRIVED...no one. We thought no one was there.. However, my granddaughter said she saw the employee in the back on her cell. Those mirrors work both ways. While we ate our sundies the employee went to the back again where she came from until another two customers came in. This time the employee came out with her cell phone and was using it. She waited on them and proceeded back to her hideout.. Yet another customer came in with two boys one which the customer was carrying..she sat down while the other small boy waited on himself...again employee no where to be found. I helped the little boy..when he finished getting his yogurt and put it on the scale...still no employee to be found... The mother got up with her son in her arms and called for the employee three times before she appeared to wait on her. She again came out..and immediately returned to her hideout.. Never once was anyone greeted coming in or leaving. As the owner you might want to look for another employee that would at least do what she is paid to do..that is to wait on the customers. She got paid for being in her cell. We were there about 3:45 pm. Also, shop could use some cleaning up...yogurt stations some were quite messy!

We arrived on a cold night but excited for some yogurt. Place was clean. It was quiet and easy to have a conversation. Staff was friendly. Toppings were a little short but that might have been because it was close to closing time. Would visit again

Wow, I was so impressed. My girls and I visited today to get some yummy yogurt and they are both dairy free kiddos. They loved the 3 dairy free options. Brook was so kind and sweet to us! You have a great employee in her! This is a great place to get a sweet if your kids have allergies and the people are so kind.

Nice variety of yogurts and toppings. Topping station very clean and organized. Spirit nights are a great way to support a local business and schools at the same time! ????????

I wasn't too happy to show up for a scheduled story time event at 11:30am and another event was going on. I didn't mind that, but what I wasn't happy about was that information wasn't provided when or if the story time would happen at all. So, my niece and I just left 15 minutes past the scheduled event.
