Bad attitude staff, line for customers is not defined clearly. I entered the line from the opposite direction and I was the only person in line. It seemed that they are not going to take my order. After several minutes I asked if someone was going to take my order. Their response was: I entered an empty) line from the wrong direction . My question is: does Starbucks have any customer service training program for it's employees?
