By far the worst apology for sushi that I had ever. I mean honestly, they don't waste their money to risk getting food poisoning. have sat with my brother on Sunday for lunch. I thought it was a safe bet. the Hostess/Waitress was polite and not guilty. the two sushi kitchens were definitiw not familiar with what is food safe, and very doubt they certify any form or Serv safe. the thunfish was two different colors, and looked like they wanted to cut it with a plastic knife. the tearless roll, ha, the gurke was much too thick, the thunfish had a very wrong dark color on it and smelled foul. that was immediately spit out. the rice was not really sticky rice. it was more of a medium grain they tried to stay together. everything fell apart as soon as you touched it with soy sauce. the salmon was not cold, so that even more questions were raised. I tried the rams, well, it's nothing you write about home. I can guarantee that it was cheap loading bought Ramon packs. I don't want to say that, but I won't eat there any more. I'm tired of hearing the excuses, it's hard to find employees in restaurants. or I'm sorry that they are new cooks, yes, with zero previous experience and no love for detail or food security. if they do not offer quality, safe and attractive sushi/food, then only do not offer.
Love the other place, not so much. when they open at a certain time, then be ready to take orders and serve to serve. it took about 15 minutes to get something different than a menu and there were only two other tables. I just know that I'm going to the other place all the time and had nothing but a big service.
I ordered the receipt. the sushi was wonderful and the food was delicious. but there was a small push with the order. I have noodles without meat in them in contrast to my order of chili garlic fried rice with bark meat. they were a little bit happy to have dinner, so I understand. eating is still delicious and the workers are friendly as usual.
What a great place! The atmosphere of Cafe Sado, nestled in an old Grain mill, was as cool as it was vibrant. Caroline, our server, was on point throughout the meal. Fast, efficient, courteous. Food? Unbelievable! The Tempura Shrimp appetizer was very light and flaky with an awesome sauce as well as Soy sauce that was NOT salty. My Asian Ceasar salad with Chicken was very well done with great combination of flavors that did not overpower each other. The GF had the Chicken Broccoli bowl: outstanding! The sauce was so light, flavorful and delicious. Rice cooked to perfection and the combination of veggies balanced each other. And the prices were great too! $40 for two entrees and an appetizer??? Wow. Great stuff, can't wait to get back!
