It's not often i give a 5 star review, but the price/quality here was most excellent.

I rarely give 5 stars but my lunch here was perfection.

We first wanted to have a lunch but the restaurant was full and waiters were running everywhere. We decided to just take a coffee with few cakes.Cakes were quite expensive and very small.The cashier told us to go to sit they will bring us our order.We found a table but an impolite waiter asked us to move and go somewhere else because somebody wanted to eat and it seemed it was more interesting for them. We got another small table and it took a long time to get our order.The area looks nice but with this terrible service we just wanted to leave... what we did!

Before looking around the Chateaux my wife,her sister, her husband and myself decided to seek lunch at the Orangerie. It was quite busy but noone else was waiting for table. I approached a lady at the drinks/icecream counter and was told to wait as she was writing something down. Several minutes later she dained to speak to me and told us to look at the menu by the entrance. After doing so I approached her again as no one had come to offer us a table. She told us to sit at a table and we would be served. The table as not cleared but a young witress said she would be 5 minutes. No problem.20 minutes later she had not returned. I saw an older man who was apparently in charge just wandering about chatting to several ladies and ignoring us. I asked him to assist us and said in English 'You will just have to wait' in a rude and arrogant tone. I told him e had already waited for 20 minutes without any service and he simply shrugged his shoulders. Needless to say we did not 'just wait' but left feeling upset and that perhaps as we were now leaving the EU perhaps this rude frenchman no longer felt like giving us any sort of servce or food!
