Billy Goat Tavern - Chicago

Fast and friendly service! I got the rainbow goat slushy. It was delicious, and there was just enough liquor to feel good just off of one. I had the double bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was very tasty. It was a beautiful day to sit outside. They have a large outdoor area. They also have dining and a bar inside. Great place! They also have Coke Zero!!!

A beautiful day on the shores of Lake Michigan was made even better with a Chicago Dog at Billy Goat Tavern.

Skip it seriously go anywhere else. Bartenders were extremely rude. The girl was more concerned about taking selfies, socializing and being on social media than she was serving anyone unless of course they were her regulars. We almost felt like we were bothering them with our presence. Service was awful, drinks were mediocre. I get it it’s a tourist spot so these people don’t care they won’t see probably 80% of the patrons that come in here. Very disappointing. Maybe you should have your employees deposit their phones during the beginning of each shift so they are more concerned with actually making sure the customers are taken care of… just sayin

I have never bought a sandwich when hungry and dumped it after the second bite. Boiled lunch meat is what this is. Oh and soggy bread without any flavor. This store should be closed for the sake of humanity ?

A classic restaurant with an unparalleled history. A fascinating place to visit even if you don't eat although it's a good place to eat.
